Whole berry fermented to ensure gentle extraction of flavours and matured in 40% new French oak for 16 months, the Botmaskop is a classically styled blend. Powerful, yet elegant and polished, it displays aromas of dark berry fruit, spice and cassis. The softness of tannins and balance in structure complete this wine on the palate.
