About the Winery
Situated on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain, just outside Stellenbosch, Pink Valley is the only estate in the Southern Hemisphere dedicated exclusively to producing a single style wine, being rosé. The vineyards are farmed according to organic principles, with every block cultivated specifically for the production of rosé. This focused approach ensures purity of style, consistency of quality and a clear expression of place. Since 2019, the team have worked with dedication and intent to create a destination where wine and food are enjoyed together, in good company and in truly breathtaking surroundings.
